Qualifications

• 5+ years as Data Analyst or similar.
• Experience in financial services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (Customer/Party).
• Hands-on data definitions, metadata, lineage, mapping and quality analysis.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, validation and automated quality checks.
• Familiar with data governance and stewardship workflows.
• Experience with AI-based data quality techniques preferred.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Remote work experience with limited supervision.
• Experience using Jira and SharePoint preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Define Customer and Party MDM scope, use cases, KPIs.
• Analyze current data environments and define future requirements.
• Create data flow maps, inventories and lineage documentation.
• Develop data definitions, metadata, lineage, and issue taxonomies.
• Define data ingestion, transformation, validation, and quality checks.
• Develop data quality rules, monitoring, remediation and auditability standards.
• Define entity resolution, matching, survivorship concepts.
• Support data governance models and stewardship workflows.
• Develop MDM architecture blueprints and distribution requirements.
• Assist in creating implementation roadmaps and mobilization plans.
• Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare mappings, analyses and client presentations.
