Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in data management, governance or enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or consulting for banking/finance clients.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts, especially Customer or Party MDM.

Responsibilities

• Document prioritized Customer and Party MDM use cases, benefits, KPIs and success criteria.
• Lead interviews with business users, data owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Analyze current-state processes and data environments to define future-state requirements for customer master data.
• Develop MDM blueprints for governance, mastering, maintenance, and distribution of customer data.
