Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related experience, required OR Master’s degree and one (1) year of related experience, required
• Deep understanding of relational databases and their use characteristics
• Ability to distill complex technical content into audience-friendly terms
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Stellar communications skills, both written and oral; able to produce effective written summaries
• Demonstrated mastery in MS Excel; intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Proficiency with Matillion, Tableau, MS Access strongly preferred; experience with predictive models
• Serve as a technical resource to junior peers

Responsibilities

• Translate data analysis requests into actionable solutions.
• Design analytics (reports, dashboards, models) to respond to complex requests; develop quantitative approaches.
• Conduct basic statistical analyses (e.g., standard normal distributions).
• Write reports with charts and graphs; present to internal and client leadership; summarize findings and recommendations.
• Multitask and manage many projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Support continuous quality improvement and data analytics efficiency within the department and IPRO.
• Produce all deliverables on or ahead of schedule.
• Represent department leadership on client calls for areas of expertise.
• Train and support department staff as resident expert on technologies.
