Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or Master’s with one year.
• Experience with relational databases and data analytics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; Tableau and statistical modeling preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior peers and presenting insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate data requests into actionable solutions.
• Design analytics (reports, dashboards, models) for complex needs.
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and summarize findings.
• Write reports with charts; present to leadership and clients.
• Multitask across projects to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Support quality improvement across IPRO and analytics teams.
• Train staff on tools and data concepts.
