Job summary

SHR Consulting Group seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting. You will develop analytics frameworks, KPIs, and data governance with mentorship to junior analysts.

The role requires at least 7 years of related experience, expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field; analytics certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytics Certifications preferred.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
