National Grid in the United States is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for our Finance & Enterprise Data Reporting Office. You will lead the creation, design, and delivery of high-value reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

As part of a global team, you will collaborate with Data Engineering, Reporting Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate insights. This hybrid role requires strong communication and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Business or related quantitative discipline required.
• Minimum of 6 years high-level data analysis experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data.
• Power BI experience (3+ years) or equivalent enterprise BI platform.
• Snowflake or similar data warehouse/datalake platform.
• Proficiency with SQL querying and knowledge of data modeling preferred.
• Comfort working asynchronously as part of a Global (UK + US) team - morning availability essential.
• Meticulous attention to data quality and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of cross-functional reporting processes with a matrixed team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and delivery formats.
• Use data visualization tools to design and maintain robust reports and dashboards.
