Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in criminal justice, statistics, mathematics, psychology or related field.
• Three years of professional data analytics experience including data extraction, transformation with SQL, sampling, descriptive/exploratory analysis, modeling or reporting.
• Experience designing and disseminating visual reports and dashboards for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources to answer policy questions related to supervision.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform data quality assurance and best practices in analysis and visualization.
