Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking a sharp Data Analyst to partner with Growth and turn complex datasets into clear strategic recommendations. You will analyze revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and payback, linking marketing performance to investment decisions across channels.

The role is a fully remote independent contractor position with flexible hours, collaborating with Head of Data and VP of Growth. Strong SQL, analytics, and data visualization skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, BI, or related role.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, windows, cohort analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience with Google BigQuery or similar warehousing.
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio or similar.
• Strong understanding of DTC/e‑commerce unit economics: CAC, LTV, refunds, payback.
• Experience analyzing performance across Meta, Google Ads, Shopify.
• Strong forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
• Hypothesis-driven approach; isolate drivers and quantify impact.
• Ability to work remotely in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue and contribution margin across channels/geographies.
• Quantify drivers behind revenue changes: CAC, refunds, discounts, mix.
• Partner with Paid Media and Growth to evaluate channel economics.
• Recommend scaling, rebalancing, or reducing investments.
• Build and maintain cohort-based refund curves and payback models.
• Identify pricing/ policy/ promotions impacts on demand.
• Provide 30-, 60-, 90-day revenue forecasts and scenario models.
• Develop dashboards on revenue vs plan, margin, and payback.
• Collaborate with Data Engineer to improve data models and docs.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to speed up SQL development and reporting.
