Job summary

Haven Energy is seeking a contract analyst to perform hands-on analytics across the business, with a focus on marketing and sales funnel optimization. You will map lead flow, document implementations, and build defensible definitions for counting metrics.

Work atop a modern data stack (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt) and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. This remote contract role is approximately 30 hours per week, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, data analysis, or a hybrid data role.
• Deep experience with marketing and sales funnels, attribution tradeoffs, and explaining choices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the conversion funnel from first touch to install.
• Document current implementations and propose new analytics approaches.
• Analyze conversion rates by channel, campaign, geography, program, and customer segment.
