Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a premier gaming manufacturer at its Las Vegas headquarters. The role bridges supply chain operations and commercial strategy to optimize inventory turnover, asset valuations, and global logistics.

You will design and deploy self-service dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), develop advanced data models, and partner with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Purchasing to drive data‑driven recommendations while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience analyzing complex operational, inventory, logistics, or commercial datasets.
• Advanced SQL for extracting, cleaning, and modeling data across multi-system ERP datasets.
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced data models to track inventory velocity, aging assets, and turnover across global facilities.
• Analyze freight rates, refurbishment costs, and routing to optimize gross margins and efficiency.
• Track buyer/seller behavior to identify trends and regional market demands.
• Partner with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Purchasing to inform trade-in valuations and pricing decisions.
• Ensure data collection and reporting adhere to regulatory standards and governance.
• Design and maintain self-service BI dashboards and executive reporting suites.
