Job summary

TransUnion in the United States is seeking a data-focused professional to develop and improve IP geolocation automation algorithms using large datasets and IP network topology.

You will query, extract, and transform data with SQL, R, Python, MongoDB, and BigQuery; provide insights that improve data quality; and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and lead data science initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with IP geolocation or similar data-intensive geospatial analyses.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation tasks.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and cloud data platforms (BigQuery).
