Job summary

KRAFTON Americas is seeking a seasoned Game Data Analyst to partner with North American studios and the central Seoul team. You will define instrumentation, build dashboards, and translate telemetry into actionable insights across the game lifecycle.

You will leverage AI-enabled analytics, drive cross-studio collaboration, and own end-to-end reporting from data collection to stakeholder briefings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics with 3+ years in the games industry.
• Deep experience with event-based telemetry and game data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL; proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with live service game metrics (DAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPU, LTV, session depth).
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in leveraging them for code generation, insight synthesis, documentation, and workflow automation in an analytics context.
• Ability to write effective prompts and evaluate AI output critically.
• Track record of owning end-to-end analytics from instrumentation spec to stakeholder reporting.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across multiple studios or product teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with NA studios to define instrumentation requirements, event schemas, and KPIs that align with centralized SDK and data standards.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools with AI-assisted BI where useful.
• Translate raw telemetry into clear analytical stories for non-technical stakeholders; use AI to accelerate synthesis and reporting.
• Serve as analytics liaison between NA studios and Korea-based central team; coordinate data alignment and cadence across time zones.
• Evaluate and validate SDK integration quality with studio engineers for logging accuracy and schema consistency.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on game health, feature performance, and live ops; automate recurring analyses with AI pipelines.
• Build lightweight AI-assisted tooling to reduce friction, such as metric bots and automated commentary.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions for central analytics platform, advocating for NA needs and global standards.
