Job summary

Titan is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights, shaping decisions across Product, Finance, and Operations. You will build and maintain data pipelines, model data in Redshift, and deliver dashboards that empower leadership with timely, trustworthy information.

You’ll collaborate across teams to translate business questions into analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, and storytelling that drives impact in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in startup/fintech or fast-growing environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with deep Redshift optimization.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines across data sources.
• Comfortable working with NoSQL data in analytics pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS data services for storage, transformation, and access.
• Scripting (Python/SQL) and Git version control experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive impact.
• Experience analyzing and visualizing finance and accounting data is a plus.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL workflows moving data between systems to power BI dashboards.
• Work with Redshift to model and optimize data structures for reporting and analytics.
• Translate and integrate NoSQL data sources into analytics pipelines.
• Build, automate, and monitor data pipelines with Fivetran, Hightouch, Segment, and Stitch.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to identify data needs and deliver analytics solutions.
• Support financial reporting and analytics with accounting and finance concepts.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Omni, Mode, and Mixpanel to provide timely KPIs.
• Partner with engineering to ensure data consistency, documentation, and governance.
• Advocate for a data-driven culture and data-driven decision making.
