Cardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics. This role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Data Science or related field preferred.
• 4+ years experience in data analysis or related role.
• Advanced SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with other data analysis tools and programming languages; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytical concepts to independently perform complex analyses and large-scale projects.
• Extract, transform, and consolidate data from multiple source systems with validation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Understand enterprise data and processes; identify trends and opportunities.
• Improve data quality, streamline reporting, and develop innovative solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT to ensure data alignment.
