Job summary

TekPro Support Services in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the Customer Enterprise Logistics Support Services program. The role focuses on collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting operational data across logistics, transportation, warehouse, mail, and inventory functions.

The successful candidate will independently manage recurring and ad hoc reporting, develop analytical products, and communicate findings clearly to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of data analysis or reporting experience.
• Experience developing recurring management reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, formulas) and data manipulation.
• Ability to validate, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate operational data from multiple sources.
• Analyze workload, performance, and staffing to support management decisions.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues and resolve them.
• Prepare management-level briefings and support program leadership.
