Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable data solutions, leveraging SQL, Python, and data visualization to inform decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders, perform thorough data profiling and mapping, and apply dimensional modeling to support enterprise data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data warehousing.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on SQL expertise with data profiling and mapping.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts including star schemas and fact tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analysis initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical mappings.
• Perform source-to-target data analysis, profiling, and data quality checks.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and rules.
• Develop data documentation and support data governance and quality.
