The Senior Data Analyst at Goldbelt Apex, LLC provides advanced data, systems, and business analytics support for DoD and VA disability evaluation programs. This role analyzes large, multi-source datasets, defines data frameworks, supports enterprise data architecture, and develops analytics products to improve performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any IT-related field.
6+ years of systems or business analytics experience.
5+ years of supervising personnel.
3+ years identifying data frameworks needed to execute tasks.
Tier 1/non-sensitive with DHA background investigation and suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee data and analytics activities across complex programs.
Supervise personnel supporting data analysis, reporting, and data management.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance measures, and data quality issues.
Define data frameworks, sources, requirements, and analytical methodologies.
Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports.
Integrate data requirements into enterprise-level solutions.
Assess and improve systems for data integrity and performance.
Document data requirements, business rules, and data relationships.
Support business process maps and data models.
