Job summary

Horizon Industries is a fully remote IT and management consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. This role focuses on collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports, and on editing documents for accuracy and clarity.

You will support financial and administrative tasks, maintain an internal documentation library, and collaborate with project teams in an agile, secure environment compliant with cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Experience with the DOW BEA (Business Enterprise Architecture).
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides support in collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
• Edits functional descriptions, system specs, user manuals, special reports, or other customer deliverables.
• Supports financial and administrative tasks and prepares/maintains documentation, procedures, and methods.
