Job summary

Okta is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Developer Led Growth (DLG) team. You will own analytics for high-impact initiatives, partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance, and drive data-informed decision making.

You will craft dashboards, experiments, and AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate product adoption among developers. You will work with a small, autonomous team led by a tech-savvy data partner, shaping the roadmap, prioritizing requests, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex data findings to executives and engineers clearly.
• Clear prioritization framework in high-demand environments.
• Creative problem-framing to uncover unexpected insights.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance data workflows.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with DBT, Snowflake, Tableau, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, Snowflake Streamlit, and DBT models as the single source of truth for the DLG business.
• Translate cross-functional data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps and communicate findings to drive concrete actions.
• Own analytics roadmap prioritization and tradeoffs; push back when needed.
• Design measurement frameworks for AB tests and DLG initiatives; automate processes using AI tools and SQL.
