Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Splunk, including SPL searches and dashboard development using operational data.
• Strong Python skills, including pandas and NumPy, with experience processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, and relational databases; Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Expertise in Tableau dashboard development, reporting best practices, and data visualization.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, machine learning fundamentals, and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences.

As a Data Scientist / Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the enterprise contact center teamsupporting Data Analytics, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Maryland Heights, MO (On-site 4 days per week)

Pay Range:$60-63 per hour W2 (C2C will not be accepted at this time)
