Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Data Scientist for an onsite role in Maryland Heights, MO (4 days per week). You will turn operational data into dashboards, reporting, and decision-ready insights using Splunk, Python, SQL, and Tableau, collaborating across Data Analytics, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

You will extract and analyze large datasets, build scalable Tableau views, and align analytics with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Splunk and SPL searches
• Strong Python skills including pandas and NumPy
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle; Snowflake is a plus
• Expertise in Tableau dashboards and reporting best practices
• Foundations in statistics, hypothesis testing, and ML fundamentals
