Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics and data governance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience with data profiling and data-quality assessment.
• Experience establishing and applying data-governance practices.
• Experience developing analytic definitions and shared data terminology.
• Experience validating dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions with stakeholders and translate their questions into actionable data and reporting requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce the team's data management, including shared terminology, quality checks, data lineage, governance, and reporting measures.
• Establish and maintain consistent analytic definitions and documented interpretations of TTA Hub data.
• Translate questions from national and regional stakeholders into dashboards, requirements, quality measures, and documented interpretations.
• Lead the data portion of a multi-year CQI roadmap, including development of the draft at month six and final at month eight.
• Review source data and interfaces in collaboration with the Data Engineer and Data Scientist.
• Identify and communicate data findings, limitations, and data-use requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data profiling and validation activities to identify quality issues and improve confidence in reporting.
• Validate dashboards and reporting measures to ensure information is accurately represented.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand reporting and decision-support needs.
• Define and document data and integration requirements to support reporting and analytics.
