Missing Link Security is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the Office of Head Start (OHS) Training and Technical Assistance Data Platform, known as the TTA Hub, in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
The Senior Data Analyst will lead the team's approach to data quality, shared definitions, reporting, and decision support for OHS stakeholders. This role will help ensure that TTA Hub data is consistently defined, understood, validated, and translated into meaningful information that supports national and regional program needs.
This is a Key Personnel position and will be named in our proposal.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to bring consistency and structure to complex data. This individual understands that effective reporting begins with clear definitions, strong data-quality practices, and a shared understanding of what the data represents.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively with both technical teams and program stakeholders, ask the right questions, identify limitations in the data, and translate complex information into clear and useful insights. The successful candidate will be organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of data quality and governance while helping stakeholders use data to support informed decision-making.
