Insight Global seeks a Senior Data Analyst to coordinate DTA documentation, perform gap analyses between source and target data environments, and translate findings into actionable insights for clients and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, data governance expertise, and experience with SQL-based data pipelines.

The position emphasizes customer-facing data reviews, reporting development, and documentation excellence to support healthcare data sharing and compliance programs.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in a Data Analyst/Technical Business Analyst role with client-facing responsibilities.
• 1+ year drafting or maintaining Data Transfer Agreements or similar data governance documents.
• Experience with SQL (Snowflake/SQL Server) and complex queries across large datasets.
• Healthcare data governance knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Author, maintain, and update Data Transfer Agreements for data-sharing arrangements.
• Lead gap analyses between data environments and surface remediation recommendations.
• Engage directly with customers on data governance, integration readiness, and reporting needs.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Design and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Develop data documentation including data dictionaries and lineage maps.
