The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA seeks a Lead Decision Analytics Associate to translate data into strategic insights and shape KPI frameworks that drive business outcomes. You will build and maintain dashboards and partner with online merchandising, marketing and ELT to empower data-driven decisions.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage projects, and advance predictive and prescriptive analytics using Python, SQL, Tableau, VertexAI and AutoML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
