Our client, a leader in the SaaS Identity space, has an outstanding contract Senior Data Analyst opportunity to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote role.

Auth0 is an easy-to-implement authentication and authorization platform designed by developers for developers. We make access to applications safe, secure, and seamless for over 100 million daily logins worldwide. Our modern approach to identity enables this Tier 0 global service to deliver convenience, privacy, and security, allowing customers to focus on innovation. Within the Data organization, the Data Enablement team is tasked with creating scalable semantic models to facilitate safe data access. By partnering with product and engineering leaders, this team manages the data lifecycle from strategy to prototyping to implementation, including executive dashboards and product-level self-service support.

The Senior Data Analyst role reports to the Senior Manager, Data Enablement. Responsibilities include unlocking analytics across the company through data lifecycle ownership, tooling enablement, and outreach programs to promote safe use of scalable data models for reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and program management teams to ensure product signals are captured for measuring entitlement, adoption, and utilization. The role involves developing semantic models that represent product usage, promoting ongoing model development, and creating engaging communications for stakeholders. Weekly activities include planning measurement strategies, reviewing engineering plans, developing data products, and documenting processes to ensure clarity and usability. You will utilize multiple tools and teams to generate product and customer insights.

Contract Duration: 7 Months

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in data management, engineering, analytics, or related fields
• 5+ years with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• 2+ years SQL experience
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management including instrumentation, governance, modeling, and self-service interfaces
• Ability to build relationships, understand business requirements, and prioritize work
• Excellent business acumen and emotional intelligence in ambiguous environments
• Extra credit for experience with web analytics tools (Heap, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), data engineering (Python, dbt, Kafka, etc.), or paywall/subscription/authentication products

Desired Skills & Experience:

• BA or higher degree preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of degree acceptable
