Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a data analyst to join its data and analytics practice in a full-time role. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, perform SQL-based analytics on large enterprise datasets, and collaborate with engineers and analytics leaders.

You will contribute to data governance, ETL processes, and reporting while engaging with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. A strong foundation in SQL, data modeling, and communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced SQL development and data analysis skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Background creating technical specifications.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
• Experience profiling and validating large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
