Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (Power Query, DAX, data modeling).
• Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and integrate data.
• Support business decisions through data and operational analysis.
• Test systems and validate data quality (QA).
• Spot opportunities to improve data, reporting, and processes.
• Maintain existing dashboards, integrations, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, GIS staff, and other stakeholders.
• Document technical work and support training/knowledge-sharing.
