Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Professional Data Analyst in a hybrid capacity to transform large healthcare datasets into actionable insights. You will work with AWS Databricks workflows, AI/BI tools, and NLP-driven processes to improve care quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include QA design, Medicaid data analysis, and developing web portals, reports, and dashboards. The role emphasizes collaboration, data visualization, and delivering end-to-end data

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience with relational databases, AWS Databricks, SQL and Python.
• 5 years leading complex data science projects end-to-end.
• 5+ years in data science, ML and Large Language Models.
• Experience supporting, tracking, and documenting Agile and Waterfall deliveries.
• Healthcare and/or Medicaid experience.

Aufgaben

• Anomaly, Governance, and Quality Detection Services: Design QA, transaction surveillance, KPI threshold alerts, and risk indicators spotting irregular patterns.
• Medicaid & Claims Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets including T-MSIS, HEDIS, Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, fee-for-service, managed care claims, and pharmacy data.
• AI & Natural Language Integration: Utilize Databricks AI/BI dashboards, vector databases, and LLM-powered workflows to transform unstructured medical records into insights.
• Client Facing and Presentations: Use data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint) to share insights with clients in weekly meetings.
• Support Large Data Science Projects: Deliver analytical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes.
• Web Portal & API Development: Design, develop, and deploy Python/Flask web portals with REST APIs in containerized environments.
• Complex Document & Report Generation: Develop dynamic PDFs/reports using Python with healthcare data.
