Job summary
Jobgether is partnering with a healthcare client in the United States to recruit a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer. You will design scalable reporting solutions that transform complex healthcare data into actionable business insights, using Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI to develop reusable datasets and governed models.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in BI/analytics, data engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years SQL experience to extract, transform, and validate data.
- 3+ years Power BI or similar BI platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain standardized reporting and analytics solutions for healthcare programs.
- Build analytics-ready data solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
- Develop standardized datasets, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, clinical, pharmacy, analytics, and tech stakeholders.
- Apply data validation and governance practices to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
- Explore AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including conversational analytics.
- Contribute to cloud analytics, semantic modeling, and AI-enabled reporting practices.
- Exercise autonomy in selecting technical approaches to meet business goals.
