Tillster in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics projects, framing business questions, performing analyses, and presenting actionable insights. The role emphasizes GA4, Looker LookML, SQL, and AI-assisted analytics to empower Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, design experiments, and expand self-serve analytics across business units while maintaining data quality and scalable dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with window functions and CTEs.
• Experience building Looker Explores and LookML.
• GA4 implementation and data tracking experience.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytics initiatives from framing to presentation.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Act as trusted analytics advisor to Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Support.
• Design and support A/B tests with statistically valid methodology and clear results.
