Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to support a federal contract. You will lead performance measurement, reporting, and data-driven decision support across the delivery team, working with Python, AWS sources, S3, and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with data collection, cleaning, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong SQL and relational data expertise, including design, validation, and optimization of complex queries.
• Experience with data from APIs, databases, files, and cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3).
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud data environments and documentation practices.
• Experience with generative/LLM-based systems in analytics or client-workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Codex) with validation and documentation.
• Proven ability to write high-quality reports and briefs for government or senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading analytical work across multidisciplinary teams and translating client needs into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI framework development, measurement approaches, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Analyze performance, communications, digital, and operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data extracts with validation across data sources.
• Guide Python-based data workflows for data collection, cleaning, and updating from multiple sources.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support query development with responsible use and review.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams using generative & LLM systems to improve workflows.
• Establish data quality, documentation, and repeatable analytics processes across the team.
• Develop government-facing reports, briefs, and narratives communicating methodology and findings.
• Frame ambiguous problems with clients, evaluate options, and recommend data-driven approaches.
• Mentor analysts on Python, SQL, data quality, and reporting discipline.
