Job summary

M&C Saatchi USA is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to support a federal contract. The role focuses on performance measurement, reporting, and data-driven decision support, leveraging Python, AWS data sources, and AI-enabled tools to deliver clear, well-documented analyses for government stakeholders.

You will partner with engineers, product and UX teams, and government stakeholders to shape answers to clients, validate outputs, and standardize data quality and reporting

Qualifications

• About 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI.
• Strong Python proficiency and ability to automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
• Strong SQL and relational data expertise with complex queries and transformations.
• Experience with APIs, databases, files, and cloud storage (S3) for data workflows.
• Experience in AWS or cloud-based data environments and data quality practices.
• Experience with generative/LLM-based systems in analytics or client workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with emphasis on validation and documentation.
• Proven ability to write high-quality government or external stakeholder reports and briefs.
• Experience leading analytical work across multidisciplinary teams and communicating delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead KPI framework development, measurement approaches, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Analyze performance and outreach data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, review, and optimize SQL queries and data extracts with validation methods.
• Guide Python-based data workflows across diverse data sources.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support query development while ensuring responsible use and documentation.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams on AI-enabled systems.
