You will present actionable insights and contribute to AI-enabled analytics within an AI-first team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, 5+ years in data analytics with senior experience, and strong SQL/Python, Looker/Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, including 2+ years at a senior level.
• 3+ years crafting complex queries in SQL and Python over large datasets.
• 3+ years experience with Looker or equivalent data visualization tool.
• 3+ years experience with A/B testing including power analysis and experimentation libraries.
• Strong notebooking and scheduled job instrumentation in Python.
• Strong statistics foundation: hypothesis testing, power, CIs, regression, Type I/II.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of experiments across personalization.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and foundational datasets.
• Perform deep-dive analyses; present insights with data visualizations and live talks.
• Contribute to AI-enabled analytics using available tools and libraries.
