Job summary
The Walt Disney Company (France) is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to help drive personalization strategy across Disney+ and Hulu.
You will turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations that guide product decisions, collaborating with product teams, leadership, and ML experts. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of data analytics experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
- Strong SQL and Python with large datasets; experience with Snowflake/Databricks.
- Experience with Looker or Tableau and data visualization.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation; stats knowledge.
- Excellent communication and ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading end-to-end analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of experiments across personalization.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product management to ensure data quality.
- Perform deep-dive analyses of platform performance and present insights.
- Develop AI-enabled analytics approaches and tools for stakeholders.
