Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong in SQL (you write it daily and comfortably).
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skills-you know how to figure out what's important without a roadmap.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with product, marketing, operations, and/or finance teams.
• Leverage AI tools to increase productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own product, call center, and marketing reporting - dashboards, KPIs, A/B test analysis, and ad hoc requests
• Lead enrollment and revenue reconciliation - ingesting carrier files, mapping to our book of business, and tracking approvals and payments
• Produce partner reporting on a recurring cadence
• Dig into member engagement and utilization data to surface healthcare-level insights
• Help build carrier and partner-facing reporting that goes beyond enrollment - think plan performance, member behavior, and population health signals

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to step into a high-impact role supporting needs across the business. What You'll Do
