Lead IT Recruiter for USA and Canada at Luxoft

Project Description:

• As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, building data reports using the latest BI reporting tools, and maintaining databases. Your expertise in database development (SQL) and client tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS will be crucial in creating functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Interact with business analysts on behalf of project teams and the Automation team to create reports and dashboards.
• Utilize excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to develop reporting solutions.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in reporting development.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014 or higher).
• 4+ years of experience optimizing code for performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL query optimization.
• Preferred:
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience with SQL/T-SQL, DML/DDL statements, and stored procedures.
• Ability to write complex T-SQL logic to extract key insights from data.
• Exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI Desktop & Services, Tableau Professional Desktop, SSRS, and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Skills in sourcing data from OLTP, SaaS, OLAP, and REST APIs applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High accountability and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with Level 1 or Level 2 support processes.
