Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst to work with a major investment management client in Southern California. You will gather and document business requirements, write BRDs, and collaborate with software teams to deliver a self-service solution.

Responsibilities include ensuring requirements are up-to-date, managing changes, and assisting with testing to confirm alignment with design.

Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and data models.
• Familiarity with REST, ETL, and data/ integration patterns.
• Understanding of JSON and XML formats and basic UML.

Responsabilités

• Discuss, understand and document stakeholder requirements to direct software development.

• Collaborate with development team to design solutions and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain requirement documents and manage changes during the project lifecycle.

Luxoft is looking for a Business Analyst who would be working with our Customer - one of the world's largest investment management companies. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on software engineering project(s) in the client's offices in Southern California. Business Analyst would be working in a dynamic project to equip the client’s investment division with new generation self-service solution.

Responsibilities

• Discuss, understand and document project stakeholder business requirements to direct software and business process development
• Write business requirement documents
• Collaborate with the development team to design and present the proposition to the stakeholders/users
• Work with the team during the development phase to ensure business requirements are met and that requirements and specification documents are kept up to date
• Proactively manage changes to requirements to ensure all parties have a full understanding of the required changes and the system/process/project implications
• Work with the development team to test the software and business processes developed to ensure they satisfy the business requirements, and meet the design/specification

SKILLS

• SQL knowledge
