Job summary

Welltower seeks a Sr. Data Analyst in Dallas, TX to collect and harmonize financial and payroll data from disparate sources. You will build and scale data infrastructure to ingest, process, and extract meaningful insights to drive revenue and productivity improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Math, CS, Finance, or Business Analytics with two years of data infrastructure experience; proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. On-site role with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Collect operator data including P&L, payroll/labor, and revenue data from multiple sources.

• Validate data for completeness and accuracy per guidelines from stakeholders.
• Develop and run standard/custom queries or reports using Power BI and SQL.

Rate of Pay: $100,000 per year

Sr. Data Analyst needed by Welltower, Inc. in Dallas, TX to collect operator data including all financial data included in P&L statements as well as payroll/labor data and revenue data from disparate sources. Build, evolve, and scale out infrastructure to ingest, process, and extract meaning out data. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and insights that inform decisions and provide actionable insights to improve revenue/productivity. Validate data for completeness and accuracy based on guidelines set by project stakeholders or downstream data management systems. Leverage existing data infrastructure to fulfill all data-related requests, perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing, normalization, hashing, and implementation of required data model changes. Work with data providers to improve data management workflow. Interface with data end-users (Operations/Finance) and the data storage/management architecture team to ensure that systems meet business needs. Develop and execute standard or custom queries or reports to retrieve data as required. Working with data infrastructures and data tools including Power BI and SQL. Utilize Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related applying knowledge with data infrastructures; working with data tools including Power BI & SQL; utilizing Microsoft Excel.
