Job summary

Welltower, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst in Dallas, TX to collect and integrate operator, financial, payroll, labor, and revenue data from disparate sources.

You will build, evolve, and scale data ingestion and processing infrastructure to extract meaningful insights for revenue and productivity decisions. The role requires hands-on data validation, data cleansing, and cooperation with Operations/Finance and the data management architecture team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, CS, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• 2 years of experience with data infrastructures or related data tools (Power BI & SQL).
• Master’s degree accepted with relevant coursework/project experience in data infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Collect operator data including financial data from P&L, payroll, labor and revenue sources.
• Build, evolve and scale data ingestion, processing and insights extraction pipelines.
• Validate data for completeness and accuracy per project guidelines.
• Develop and execute queries/reports to retrieve required data using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations/Finance and data management teams to meet business needs.

Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst

Job Location: 8115 Preston Rd., Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75225

Rate of Pay: $100,000 per year

Sr. Data Analyst needed by Welltower, Inc. in Dallas, TX to collect operator data including all financial data included in P&L statements as well as payroll/labor data and revenue data from disparate sources. Build, evolve, and scale out infrastructure to ingest, process, and extract meaning out data. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and insights that inform decisions and provide actionable insights to improve revenue/productivity. Validate data for completeness and accuracy based on guidelines set by project stakeholders or downstream data management systems. Leverage existing data infrastructure to fulfill all data-related requests, perform necessary data housekeeping, data cleansing, normalization, hashing, and implementation of required data model changes. Work with data providers to improve data management workflow. Interface with data end-users (Operations/Finance) and the data storage/management architecture team to ensure that systems meet business needs. Develop and execute standard or custom queries or reports to retrieve data as required. Working with data infrastructures and data tools including Power BI and SQL. Utilize Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related applying knowledge with data infrastructures; working with data tools including Power BI & SQL; utilizing Microsoft Excel.
