Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a senior data strategy and governance consultant to lead enterprise AI readiness efforts across regulated environments in the United States.

You will drive current-state and future-state assessments, map end-to-end data lineage, establish governance frameworks, and facilitate executive interviews to deliver strategic roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise data strategy and governance consulting.
• Proficient in AI readiness assessments and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with metadata management platforms including Microsoft Purview.
• Experience mapping data lineage, evaluating data quality, and defining access governance.
• Experience documenting enterprise architectures, APIs, and system dependencies.
• Navigating cybersecurity, legal and privacy compliance in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and executive facilitation skills for interviews and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state and future-state data evaluations to benchmark AI readiness.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and structured interviews with executives, legal and cybersecurity leaders.
• Inventory enterprise systems, data repositories, ownerships, and end-to-end data lineage.
• Identify governance vulnerabilities, data quality gaps, access constraints, and privacy risks.
• Document system interaction models, API integration patterns, and third-party data dependencies.
• Formulate prioritized strategic roadmaps and actionable implementation recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and concise documentation to align stakeholders.

• Proficiency in executing AI readiness assessments and establishing enterprise artificial intelligence governance frameworks.
• Experience with metadata management platforms and automated data classification tools including Microsoft Purview.
• Experience in mapping end-to-end data lineage, evaluating data quality dimensions, and defining access control governance.
• Experience with documenting complex enterprise architectures, API-based integration patterns, and system dependencies.
• Experience in navigating cybersecurity, legal, and privacy compliance requirements within regulated enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and executive facilitation skills to lead stakeholder interviews and deliver strategic roadmap presentations.
