We are seeking a Senior AI/LLM Engineer to join our Charlotte, NC team. The role focuses on designing and productionizing LLM-powered agents, integrating with ERP systems, and delivering dashboards and analytics for enterprise users.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience building production LLM/Generative AI applications and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for AI application development and data integration.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and document indexing for enterprise data retrieval.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise databases, APIs, and ERP business applications.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into working AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Improve existing AI agents that fail or require excessive manual intervention to enhance reliability and autonomy.
• Integrate LLMs with ERP data, SQL databases, APIs, documents, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop RAG, data retrieval, document indexing, and data-pipeline solutions to support business use cases.
• Enable conversational generation of reports, analytics, charts, and dashboards for operational stakeholders.
• Improve UX/UI of AI dashboards and workflows to ensure usability for non-technical, operational end users.
