• Hands-on Databricks experience and modern data modeling.
• Experience building and operating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases and AI search (embeddings, indexing/search).

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer – AI Platform to join our client’s team. This is a Remote Direct Hire position.

SALARY:

$160,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating enterprise data platforms, including recent hands‑on AI/data work
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with strong production‑grade software engineering practices
• Hands‑on Databricks experience, plus modern data modeling and transformation practices
• Experience building and operating Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines in production
• Experience with vector databases and AI search (embeddings, indexing/search patterns, retrieval strategies)
