Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience including design and implementation of large-scale data architectures.
• 5+ years of data experience in evaluating, architecting, and building AI and Generative AI tools.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions and rapid development.
• Ability to mentor data engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.
