Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Principal Data Consultant to serve as Engagement Lead across enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. You will align business objectives with technology solutions, guide governance, and ensure delivery quality while mentoring delivery teams.

As a senior leader you will advance the Data Practice, develop client relationships at the executive level, and shape service offerings for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12–15+ years of enterprise data/analytics leadership.
• Minimum seven years in consulting or professional services leading complex engagements.
• Proven experience managing executive client relationships, engagement financials, governance, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of complex engagements including delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Serve as Engagement Lead and executive advisor across the full client lifecycle.
• Define engagement strategy, governance, success measures, and executive reporting.
• Lead steering committees, governance meetings, roadmaps, and strategic planning sessions.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and build organizational capability within the Data Practice.
• Develop account strategies, multi-phase roadmaps, and long-term growth plans.
• Ensure solutions are feasible, executable, and aligned to client outcomes.
