Job summary

Airbus North America Information Management is seeking a Lead Data & Analytics / AI Developer to guide data engineering and Palantir Skywise integration across North America. You will design scalable pipelines, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled decision support for manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI/ML deployment, MLOps, and enterprise BI with Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, advanced analytics, or business intelligence (or 7+ years with a Master’s).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership delivering digital initiatives and pipelines in aerospace, manufacturing, or complex operations.
• Proven experience as a lead developer/SME with mentoring and agile governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and Skywise workflows.
• Oversee platform administration, scalability, and user enablement for analytics tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers; lead CoE alignment across regions.
• Partner with operations leaders to translate challenges into data requirements and data products.
