PEMEX Deer Park seeks a Data & AI Lead to shape the refinery's digital future through enterprise data platforms, AI strategy, and governance. You will lead architecture, cloud-enabled analytics, and data leadership across OT/IT environments.

You will partner with business owners and PMO to develop ROI analyses, drive adoption, ensure compliance, and mentor Transformation Analysts in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and AI transformation programs in industrial settings.
• Proven ability to design enterprise data architectures and governance models.
• Experience delivering scalable analytics and AI solutions in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a site-wide data, analytics, and AI transformation strategy.
• Lead POCs and create scalable solution patterns for data and AI initiatives.
• Define data governance, security, and metadata management frameworks.
