Job summary

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership (DPRLP) is seeking a Lead Data & AI Architect to shape the refinery’s digital future. You will design, implement, and govern enterprise data platforms, AI strategy, and governance frameworks to support reliable, safe refinery operations.

You will lead data architecture initiatives, advance analytics capabilities, and drive enterprise standards while collaborating with OT/IT teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives across the refinery.
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms, AI strategy, and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud data platforms (Data Lake, Fabric, Databricks) and end‑to‑end data pipelines.
• Ability to partner with IT and business teams to deliver data‑driven value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a site‑wide data, analytics, and AI transformation strategy.
• Define enterprise standards for data architecture, governance, and AI/ML lifecycle management.
• Architect scalable Azure data platforms and design pipelines from OT systems to ERP/SCM systems.
• Mentor Transformation Analysts and business data owners; drive change management and data literacy.
