Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead dam repair and dam removal projects from planning through design, permitting, and construction support.
Develop project scopes, fees, schedules, and budgets; oversee contracts and project delivery.
Prepare and review engineering analyses, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate and support local, state, and federal permitting and grant applications.
Apply hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support design and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal multidisciplinary teams across New England.
Support business development efforts, including funding strategy development and proposals.
Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.
