Job summary

A leading engineering firm seeks a Senior Dam Safety Engineer with expertise in FERC evaluations. This fully remote position requires 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and strong client management skills. Responsibilities include conducting dam safety assessments, leading analysis workshops, and training junior staff. The compensation package offers a salary range of $165,000 - $250,000 with full benefits including 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and opportunities for stock ownership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering consulting experience.
• Active PE License in good standing.
• Significant knowledge of federal/state dam safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of dam safety related work.
• Lead Potential Failure Modes Analysis (PFMA) workshops.
• Write dam safety reports including DSSMRs and O&M Manuals.
